Whenever I visit Ghana, I will always book Chef Xie! Not only is her food amazing and so delicious. This woman literally saved my guests and myself life. Being Nigerian-American obviously I don’t understand the language, but she made sure that nobody was trying to take advantage of us. We had an incident in our Airbnb and the way that her and her sister stood up for us was so commendable and mind you she didn’t have to be involved. I already have friends that are coming to December this year and I’ve already given them her contact information. She is a woman that loves her craft, takes her time, and delivers 100%! Planning the menu, I was so involved as well as she respected everybody’s dietary restrictions. If something needed to be changed with the menu, she was very communicative about it. She even made me waakye to take back to the US as well as their sauces and it was so amazing! Please book this chef Xie you will not be disappointed! 100/10! She literally is an angel!
